I lost my job as a Director of Clinical Data Mgmt b/c the cadence of change is faster than I can learn, develop training, set up the LMS, and deploy. Imagine software versions being deployed every night rather than every quarter. I'm stepping back into clinical domain rather than IT and teaching best practices for decentralized clinical trials. Praying I can remain relevant for 8 more years. AI can't ingest and map data it hasn't been provided. :)

And the thumbs / hands are the Achilles Heel... today.
